These Terms govern your licence to use NimbusX, payments, acceptable use and the limits of each party's liability.
Revision dated August 18, 20261.1. “Program” means NimbusX, a program for managing browser profiles with isolated device fingerprints, including all its components and updates.
1.2. “Copyright Holder”, “we” means the CloudyTraff team, the developer of the Program and the holder of exclusive rights to it.
1.3. “User”, “you” means the person who installed the Program or created an account.
1.4. “License” means the right granted herein to use the Program to the extent and for the period specified below.
1.5. Installing the Program, creating an account or using the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. A person who does not agree with any provision of the document is not entitled to use the Program.
1.6. Use of the Program is permitted by persons over 18 years of age.
2.1. The Copyright Holder grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program under the terms of the selected plan.
2.2. The Program is licensed, not sold. All exclusive rights remain with the Copyright Holder.
2.3. The license is valid for the paid period. The free plan is valid indefinitely for five profiles.
2.4. The Program is installed and runs locally on the User's device. Profiles, cookies, passwords and history remain on that device and are not transferred to the Copyright Holder during normal use.
2.5. Open source components, including the Chromium-based kernel, are used under their own licenses; This document does not change such conditions.
3.1. A valid email address is required to create an account, which is used for login, recovery, and notifications.
3.2. The user independently ensures the safety of the password and the second authentication factor. Actions performed using the User's credentials are considered to be performed by the User.
3.3. If signs of unauthorized access are detected, the User is obliged to immediately change the password and notify support. The copyright holder of the request terminates active sessions.
3.4. Creating multiple accounts in order to repeatedly receive free volume is an abuse and will result in the consequences provided for in Section 8.
4.1. Current plans, profile limits and included features are published on the pricing page and form part of these terms and conditions.
4.2. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through the payment services Heleket and Crypto Bot. Access to the paid volume is opened after confirmation of payment by the payment system.
4.3. Plans are billed in advance for a month or year. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
4.4. The Copyright Holder may change plan pricing or features. Changes do not apply retroactively: the current paid period retains the terms in effect at payment. Notice will be given before the next billing period.
4.5. Payment system fees and taxes withheld during the transfer are displayed before the payment is confirmed.
4.6. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
5.1. The program is designed to isolate working contexts: separate maintenance of browser profiles, device fingerprints and proxy connections.
5.2. The User independently determines the purposes for using the Program and is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and rules of third-party sites.
5.3. The user is prohibited from:
6.1. The Copyright Holder does not represent or guarantee that the Program will not be detected by third-party security tools. Detection methods vary and assurance of passing inspections cannot be given in good faith.
6.2. In return, the Copyright Holder publishes the results of its own checks, indicating the date, version and full result, including unsuccessful ones, on checks page, and discloses known limitations in the Program interface and in blog.
6.3. Third-party services make their own decisions about restrictions and account blocks. Those decisions are outside the Copyright Holder's control and do not constitute a defect in the Program.
7.1. The Program is provided on an “as is” basis. The Copyright Holder maintains the licensing service and will address confirmed defects within a reasonable period.
7.2. The total liability of the Copyright Holder for any reason is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the current paid period.
7.3. The Copyright Holder is not responsible for lost profits, for decisions of third-party sites and for the consequences of using the Program in violation of these terms.
7.4. The provisions of this section do not limit liability to the extent that limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
8.1. The User has the right to stop using the Program at any time by deleting it and sending a request to delete the account to support.
8.2. The Copyright Holder may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 5. Where the breach can be remedied, the User will receive notice and a reasonable period to correct it before suspension.
8.3. Termination of the License does not affect the data stored on the User’s device: access to it is maintained regardless of the account status.
8.4. Payment for the period in which access is terminated due to the User's violation of these terms and conditions is non-refundable.
9.1. The Copyright Holder may amend these Terms. A dated revision will be published on this page, and material changes will be announced in the Program before they take effect.
9.2. Continued use of the Program after the changes come into force means acceptance of the new edition.
9.3. Communications under this document, including requests for account deletion and dispute resolution, should be directed to: @Get_NimbusX_Bot. The parties take measures to resolve disagreements through negotiations before resorting to other methods of protection.
